Human Dwelling Architecture was formed in 2005 by Michael Trapanovski. The goal in creating the firm was to provide design and architectural services for clients by working closely with them to achieve a project that meets the client’s needs and budget.
Since every client is unique and an individual, every project should be just as unique to meet that client’s needs. Your project should reflect your goals, personality, and needs; we are there to guide you through the process so at the end the project has fulfilled all your expectations.
The majority of our projects go through the following phases of development.
1. Existing Conditions: Researching, assembling, reviewing and supplementing information for projects
involving alterations and additions to existing facilities or determining new space usage in conjunction with a new building program.
2. Schematic Design: The stage in which the general scope, conceptual design, and the scale and
relationship of components of a project are established
3. Design Development: The stage in which the size and character of a project are further refined
and described, including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials, and such
other elements as may be appropriate
4. Construction Documents:
5. Bidding and Contract negotiations:
6. Construction Administration:
